Set on narrow, floating roads without guardrails, the game demands absolute concentration as you master the delicate balance between momentum and control.
How to Play Driftwave
Unlike other conventional racing games, Driftwave uses a drag-based steering system. To start, you drag your mouse or finger forward to generate initial thrust. Hold and drag to steer the car along the track. The further you drag, the stronger the drift.
To navigate sharp turns, you must master the "swipe" control technique—quick, directional swipes that allow the car to slide sideways while maintaining forward momentum.
You must constantly adjust your maneuvers based on the car's inertia. If you drag too late or too early, centrifugal force will push you off the track.
