Wave Dash

Rhythm-based platform game Wave Dash is sometimes known as Geometry Arrow or Wave Dash GD. It was influenced by the widely popular Geometry Dash "Wave" mode.

Mechanism of the Game

Accuracy is necessary in the game, even though the controls are straightforward:

Your sign, which is typically a pointed block or an arrow, will ascend diagonally.

The sign will mechanically descend diagonally.

Specifications of the mechanism

By rapidly clicking and releasing, the symbol can be manipulated to travel in a straight horizontal line or short zigzag pathways to fit through small spaces.

The symbol must be guided through constricting spaces without colliding with walls, spikes, or other geometric obstructions.

Coins will be scattered throughout the route. Collecting them is often more difficult than completing the level, but they assist in achieving a perfect score and unlocking cosmetic items.

A specific endpoint is assigned to each level. The level is considered complete only after the player has crossed the finish line.

Characteristics of the Game

  • Rhythmic movement: Obstacles are frequently positioned to parallel the rhythm of the background music. By listening to the music, you can ascertain the appropriate time to strike or release your finger.
  • Rapid respawn: Due to the game's high level of difficulty, the respawn procedure is intended to be instantaneous following collisions. This feature enables players to maintain their focus (flow) without the need to wait for an extended period.
  • Level Design: The symbol's trajectory angle must be precisely controlled, as levels tend to become narrower as they approach the conclusion.

This game evaluates your trajectory estimation and reflexes. Success necessitates patience and the ability to adjust to the tempo of each level.
